March 3rd, 2019: Delek Drilling (DEDR.L) became a partner to the 405/”New Ofek” and 406/”New Yahel” licenses. Purchased 25% working interests of the licenses from SOA Energy Israel.
February 2nd, 2019: Option #14 expired. Until Feb 6th, 252,188 Options #14 were exercised in return for NIS 373,000. About 771,000 Options which were not exercised were revoked.
January 31, 2019: The Oil Commissioner approved change in the work program for the 405/”New Ofek” and 406/”New Yahel” licenses.
December 13th, 2018: The General Assembly approved a Benefit Program for the company’s officers. The general assembly disapproved a private option plan to a 3rd party credit line provider
December 11th, 2018: End of the exercise period for Option #13 742,960 Options #13 were exercised in return for NIS 1,006K. About 280K options which were not exercised revoked
November 28th, 2018: The Board of Directors had approved the drilling of wells Escolle G2 & G4 in the Escolle project in California, USA
